Navona Development Corp. is an Okotoks-based residential construction company serving the Greater Calgary Area. Currently, 75% of Navona’s work is in home renovations; though specializing in custom kitchens and finishing, our services include turnkey renovation services including cosmetic upgrades, remodels, additions and large structural improvements.

The remaining 25% of Navona’s work is new home construction, specializing in "High Impact Green" construction. Our finished products result in high quality, healthy homes which are measurably low in cost to operate versus traditional construction.

Founded by Gabrielle Dargie in 2005, Navona has focused on raising the bar in residential construction practices and over-all customer experiences. Over the past four years, Navona has developed best business practices with technology to exceed corporate maturity models of most companies in its industry. Navona uses premium raw materials and utilizes some of the industry’s highest level of craftsmanship in both employees and sub-contractors.
