Sustainable Building Practices: We strive in the reduction of environmental impacts during the building process, including streamlining building processes, recycling, obtaining most materials which are locally manufactured or produced and reduction of "over-building". Development of high-impact homes are attainable by the you, the average homeowner.

Structure and Systems: All of our homes have high efficient building envelopes with high thermal mass and insulation values. Heat and energy systems in our homes utilize minimal renewable energy and often are able to produce alternative energy used in the home. We employ HVAC systems which improve air filtration and distribution as well as implementation of water harvesting for yard maintenance, washing and toilet use. 

Building Materials: Navona uses low-impact materials which are longer lasting, better performing and require less replacement cycles. The use of renewable and recycled building materials reduces use of long-term renewable natural resources and eliminating the use on non-renewable resources.

Indoor Air Quality: Use of materials and systems which produce low or no VOCs or Carbon Monoxide. Air exchange systems which are HEPA filtered and building / interior designs which reduce the need for harsh chemical cleaners.

Open Costing Visibility: We focus on giving you visibility and details in where your construction costs are generated. In the estimation phase, we provide details of the work to be completed and broken down costs of these individual activities. Full disclosure of costs and profit is provided throughout the duration of the – for both scope inclusions and unforeseen circumstances.
