Navona offers products and services in two specific areas of residential construction – residential renovations and "High Impact Green" new construction. In both renovations and new home construction, Navona offers turnkey services from the designing and planning of projects through to home turn-over to homeowners.

Design and Planning is conducted both in-house and through the extended services of established relationships with architects / drafts people, structural engineers and interior designers. Smaller (or contained) renovations, in-house services are provided for floor plan layouts, electrical and plumbing plans, material use planning and cabinet design. Where applicable, the services of our structural engineer are brought in for designs which affect structural integrity. In 80% of our projects, clients use the services of our interior designers who provide guidance in material and colour specifications, product profile details and floor / wall patterning.

Construction Management and Administration are services provided in-house. This is executed through the knowledge and experience of in-house personnel through the use of online project management tools and sophisticated filing and construction processes which have been developed and refined in-house.

Demolition, Reconstruction and Finishing of your home is performed through both in-house personnel and established, reputable suppliers and trades. Specialty trades which Navona has long established relationships are utilized for electrical, plumbing and HVAC as well as drywall and flooring trades.

Navona’s keystone product is San Lorenzo Kitchens, our in house cabinetry design and manufacturing – offering our customers’ competitive pricing on creative designs and storage solutions not available through stock products offered in the market today. With its own in-house custom cabinet and millwork shop, Navona produces all cabinetry and specialty millwork installed in our clients homes.

For new homes and retro-fit renovations, Navona designs and constructs homes which utilize advanced technologies and materials not only for the structure of the homes, but the heating, air flow and water systems as well as interior finishing products which have low or no VOCs and CO emissions, which result in full product cycle for green living and healthy homes.
