STEP 2: Understanding your needs

Depending on the size of your project, we will have an estimate ready for you between a few days to up to a week. A second meeting will be booked with you to review the estimate. At this time, we review the details of the estimate and answer any questions you may have.

Your estimation will be broken down into individual categories which represent the work which is required to complete your project. This provides you with the detailed costs of each individual activity and specifications of the types of materials which will be used on your project. Though you may not have selected each item for your home, you will have a guideline as to what type of materials and their costs in your estimate.

From this type of detail, you will be able to determine if you can include additional “nice-to-haves” or possibly change some of the specifications to better suit your budget.
