STEP 4: Now the excitement begins

The details of your renovation are captured into final plans; the first step in bringing your renovation to life. This may include (depending on your renovation), structural confirmation and engineering reports, floor plans, electrical & plumbing plans, cabinet plans, elevations, etc. Navona and its team of both in-house personnel and established relationships with architect / draftsman, structural engineer and interior designers will work with you during the plan development to ensure the details and specifications are captured. Once the plans are approved by you, Navona proceeds with obtaining the required permits for your project.

Selections may have been started by you and need to be finalized prior to the start of you project. Many of our clients enlist the services of our interior designers to aid them in tying everything together. We ensure that all the details are in place and start the ordering process during this phase.

Should any of your final selections come in above or below what was in the original estimate, we will make the adjustments as required and provide you with a final quote.
