Scope of Work and Contract
STEP 3: Putting it in writing
When you decide to move forward with your renovation, we will review the original estimate and make the necessary inclusions or exclusions. This information is included as the scope of work for your project within our construction contract as well as the costs.
The contract will outline the actual work to be completed, approximate start and completions times as well as associated costs for the work. Once a contract is in place, we start the planning and material selections.
Should, after a contract is in place, you decide to add or remove work, or change the specifications of certain products we track these changes under a formal change request. Addition or reduction of costs and timing are captured for each change request.
