STEP 7: The big day has arrived

Your home is ready for you to move-in!

Once the final details are completed, we will book a turn-over inspection with you, prior to your moving your belongings back in. The intention of this inspection is to review the work completed and take note of any minor deficiencies which may have been over-looked. Any deficiencies found will be noted for correction, most deficiencies are resolved within a week of the turn-over meeting.


During this meeting, you will be presented with a certificate of our two year warranty as well as a customized Homeowner Warranty and Maintenance manual which will provide you with information on the new products in your home.
