STEP 8: We've got you covered

While we strive to create a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that mistakes may occur or that something in the home may not perform as intended.  In either event, we will make the necessary corrections in a timely manner.  In support of this commitment, Navona warrants to repair or replace all defective materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of turn-over.


Our criteria for qualifying warranty repairs are based on typical industry practices in our region and meet or exceed those practices for the individual components of your home.  However, we reserve the right to exceed these guidelines if common sense or individual circumstances dictate.

Warranty inspections can be booked once a year (with exception to emergency items).

Generally, warrantable items fall into one of the three categories:

2In-house item

3Home maintenance item

If a trade contractor or an in-house employee is required to complete repairs, we issue a warranty work order and the individual will contact you to schedule the access to complete the work.  We attempt to complete warranty work orders as quickly as possible after the inspection unless you are unavailable to access the home.  If a back-ordered part or similar after circumstances causes a delay, we will let you know.  All efforts will be made to complete the warranty work orders as quickly as possible.

If the item is home maintenance, we will review the maintenance steps with you and offer whatever informational assistance we can.
